The sewing machine must be disconnected from the power supply for maintenance and cleaning. The throat plate can be removed and the feed dog and bobbin case cleaned with a brush. The hook should be regularly cleaned of lint and thread remnants and lubricated with sewing machine oil (not included! Do not use regular cooking oil!). It is important to maintain the machine regularly to ensure a long service life.

The accessories supplied with both sewing machines include an all-purpose foot (already installed), quality needles (including jeans needles), a seam ripper, three bobbins, a cleaning brush, a zipper foot, an embroidery and darning plate, a quilting guide, a buttonhole foot, a fell seam plate, a screwdriver, a straight stitch foot, a second thread spool pin and a dust cover.
